Territory Manager Hospital - South Germany

The territory will focus on Baden Württemberg but also include Rhineland Palatinate, Saarland, and Bavaria.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated individual in the sales field who is passionate about serving the hospital market, building long-term customer relationships, and actively contributing to the further growth of our company.

Your Tasks

• Building, maintaining, and expanding sustainable relationships with decision-makers in the hospital environment

• Independently managing and developing your sales territory

• Implementing sales and marketing strategies and structured follow-up of actions

• Positioning and sustainably anchoring our innovative product solutions in hospitals

• Identifying new business opportunities and actively acquiring new customers

• Documenting all activities and opportunities in Salesforce

• Close cooperation with marketing, service, and other internal interfaces

• Active exchange of best practices within the national and European sales team

• Representing our company values and high quality standards with the customer

Your Profile

• Ideally, training or professional experience in emergency, intensive, or acute medicine

• Passion for sales and direct customer contact

• Strong communication skills, persuasiveness, and pronounced empathy

• Independent, structured, and goal-oriented working style

• Team skills and confident appearance at different hierarchical levels

• First sales experience is advantageous, but not mandatory – motivated lateral entrants are also welcome

• Good English skills

• High willingness to travel (approx. 70–80%) within your sales territory

• Driving license class B
