- Oversee and support daily operations across multiple specialty departments
- Partner with providers and leadership to ensure operational excellence
- Improve systems, workflows, and patient experience initiatives
- Monitor scheduling efficiency, patient flow, and practice performance
- Assist with team development, accountability, and employee engagement
- Identify opportunities to streamline operations and improve outcomes
- Support strategic growth initiatives as the practice continues to expand
- Foster a culture of professionalism, collaboration, and exceptional patient care
- 5+ years of dental experience required
- 2+ years of management or leadership experience required
- Specialty dental experience preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to navigate a fast-paced, multi-provider environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Positive attitude and commitment to continuous improvement
- Experience with Open Dental preferred
