Job Title: Foreperson (2nd Shift) 3:45pm - 11:45pm Exempt/Non-Exempt: Non-Exempt

Responsibilities:

• Supervises operators on the plating line, burnishing operations, and cleaning machines
• Responsible for the maintenance and proper operation of the wastewater treatment system
• Responsible for chemistry maintenance and additions to all tanks
• Responsible for tank cleanouts and all scheduled preventative maintenance.
• Direct work flow through department based on production needs
• Take water samples as required
• Inspect hoists and trollies for proper operation

Qualifications/Experience:

• High school or High school equivalency
• Knowledge of plumbing and basic chemistry

Significant percentage of work performed with extensive noise and machinery running. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; stand; walk; use hands and fingers to feel and handle; reach with arms and hands; talk and hear. While performing the duties of this job, the employee frequently is required to stoop, kneel, and crouch: lift weight or exert a force up to a maximum of 50 pounds.
