Senior Human Resources Manager

Location: Flower Mound, TX | Onsite

We are seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Manager to join the senior leadership team of an established organization with operations in Texas and Kentucky. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and management while leading HR strategy, operations, and initiatives that align with overall business objectives.

This is a hands-on leadership role with both strategic and tactical responsibilities, overseeing a broad range of HR functions including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, payroll, compliance, employee development, succession planning, and HR systems.

Key Responsibilities

• HR Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and growth objectives. Partner with executive leadership to drive HR initiatives, organizational effectiveness, and continuous improvement.
• Talent Acquisition & Management: Lead recruitment, retention, employee development, and succession planning initiatives to attract, develop, and retain talent.
• Compensation & Benefits: Develop and manage competitive compensation, benefits, and incentive programs, including market analysis, plan design, vendor/broker relationships, and benefits administration.
• Employee Relations: Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement, conflict resolution, investigations, and effective communication. Support a union-free work environment.
• Payroll & HR Operations: Oversee multi-state payroll and tax processing, HR information systems, and day-to-day HR operations across multiple locations.
• Compliance & Policies: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. Develop, implement, and communicate HR policies and procedures while minimizing legal exposure.
• Training & Development: Design and implement employee and leadership development programs. Coach managers on performance management, employee development, and organizational effectiveness.
• Succession Planning: Lead annual talent reviews, 9-box assessments, and succession planning initiatives to support long-term workforce development.
• Culture & Engagement: Drive employee engagement, recognition, diversity and inclusion, change management, and community outreach initiatives.
• HR Team Leadership: Lead and develop the HR team while providing guidance and support across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required. Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
• Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role with broad generalist experience across multiple HR functions.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR regulations, compliance, and best practices.
• Experience leading, mentoring, and developing HR teams.
• Ability to balance strategic HR initiatives with hands-on, day-to-day responsibilities.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to build trust at all levels of the organization.
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and results-oriented leader with strong executive presence.
• Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or a related industry preferred.
• Ability to travel occasionally, primarily to other company locations or for training.

Must be authorized to work in the United States indefinitely.
