Qualifications Experience in a residential facility a plus BCBA Responsibilities Assessment: Conducts a minimum of 2 comprehensive assessments to identify the client's needs and goals. (FBA as needed) Plan Development: Creates individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs). Supervision: Supervises RBTs, providing training, guidance, and ongoing support. Data Analysis: Regularly reviews and analyzes data to measure client progress and adjust plans. Collects graphed behavioral Data from RBT and interprets data for medical chart using Interpretive Data Document Provide Weekly Parent Trainings and Document findings into medical Chart Lead Treatment Team meetings with all updates Weekly meetings with RBT and Social worker to collaborate on Treatment 3x weekly Quarterly Fidelity Checks Experience Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly autism. Knowledge of special education practices and principles. Familiarity with medical terminology related to behavioral health. Proficient in conducting diagnostic evaluations and assessments. Strong skills in data collection, analysis, and interpretation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams. Minimum of a master's degree in applied Behavior Analysis Certified and maintain credentialing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board as a BCBA in good standing. must have/obtain license The ideal candidate has exceptional oral and written communication skills; legible handwriting; ability to maintain information as highly confidential; telephone etiquette and customer service skills by phone and face-to-face; familiarity with medical and psychological terminology preferred; skills in dealing courteously with the public and other staff within the organization; skills in prioritizing and in managing time; problem‑solving skills; use of appropriate social skills, including demonstration and respect for staff and patients; empathy toward children and adolescents; basic knowledge of child growth and development preferred; experience working with children with autism; skill in following behavioral plans necessary; able to respond to children/adolescents in a consistent and caring manner, consistent in maintaining professional boundaries; willingness to seek supervision in this regard when necessary. #J-18808-Ljbffr Laurel Heights Hospital
