Job Summary: The Account Manager will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining long-term relationships with our clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention. This role involves identifying, proposing, and selling enhancement projects, both proactively and in response to client requests. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of industry standards and regulations, enabling them to deliver the superior service that Growing Seasons Landscaping is known for. The Account Manager will be expected to meet predetermined sales goals and actively contribute to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, providing expert advice on landscape maintenance and enhancement opportunities.
• Conduct regular site visits, often with clients, to identify areas for improvement and propose horticulturally appropriate enhancements that elevate site conditions.
• Collaborate closely with the Production Manager to address and resolve any customer concerns, service deficiencies, or operational issues promptly.
• Identify and sell enhancement services, coordinating with other divisions to ensure successful project completion within budgeted hours.
• Master company-wide software (LMN) to efficiently create work tickets, estimates, and manage client accounts.
• Identify and present new business opportunities to the Operations Manager to support company growth.
• Stay informed about industry best practices and recommend new service offerings to meet evolving client needs.
• Act as a liaison between clients and the company, ensuring timely communication and collections as needed.
• Develop and manage strategic partnerships to enhance business growth and client satisfaction.
• Uphold the GSL name, brand, and culture through honest, ethical, and professional behavior.
• Report directly to the Landscape Maintenance Operations Manager.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in account management, sales, or a similar client-facing role within the landscaping or related industry.
• Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance practices and enhancement opportunities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using CRM and project management software (e.g., LMN).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing client needs.
