You will bring energy, professionalism, and strategic focus to achieving quarterly performance goals while ensuring an exceptional experience for both patients and partners./ph3Responsibilities/h3ulliDrive sales effectiveness within the assigned territory to meet or exceed individual and team goals./liliSupport the transition of patients to the pharmacy by facilitating communication and providing timely information./liliUtilize CRM and company tools to identify priority accounts, optimize referral potential, and document account activity./liliMaintain a consistent call cycle to ensure proactive follow-up, detailed communication, and effective account management./liliCollaborate with Operations and internal teams to deliver clear, coordinated messaging to offices and patient partners./liliBuild relationships with pharmaceutical partners to enhance collaboration and product knowledge./liliAssist with gathering required documentation, navigating benefit information, and communicating with physician offices./liliManage regional budget responsibilities, ensuring efficient planning and adherence to guidelines./liliParticipate in sales meetings, training sessions, conventions, and in-services as scheduled by Sales Leadership./liliReport competitive insights, territory issues, and market changes to Sales Leadership./liliSupport additional duties as assigned to meet departmental and organizational objectives./li/ulh3Required Qualifications/h3ulliMust live in New Jersey/liliHigh school diploma or equivalent./liliBachelors degree plus 4+ years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical, specialty pharmacy, or healthcare sales./liliMay substitute bachelors degree with 8+ years of relevant experience./li/ulh3Preferred Qualifications/h3ulliStrong communication skills, both written and verbal./liliProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)./liliAbility to analyze and interpret territory reports./liliKnowledge of specialty pharmacy, IVIG, neurology, immunology, and transplant therapies./liliHighly motivated, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities./liliWillingness to travel as needed./li/ulpIf you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload./ppThis role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan./p/div
