Loan Documentation Specialist

Location: West Des Moines IA 50266 (Hybrid)
Duration: 12 months (Possibility of extension)
Pay range: $22- $24/hr
Job Description:
- Support Loan Documentation; proactively provide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and tools with Loan Documentation impact.
- Perform complex transactional support tasks.
- Provide support on escalated questions.
- Interact with client personnel on a wide range of information.
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of Customer Service, Loan Administration, Collections, or Sales environment experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
