You will be instrumental in optimizing booking processes, managing online listings, and ensuring guest satisfaction through effective communication and task delegation. Key Responsibilities Oversee and optimize online booking platforms and channel managers to maximize occupancy and revenue. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure property readiness and swift issue resolution. Manage guest communication, addressing pre-arrival inquiries and post-stay feedback. Assist in developing and implementing operational policies and procedures for remote management. Prepare operational reports, analyzing key performance indicators and identifying areas for improvement. Liaise with third-party vendors and service providers remotely to ensure efficient service delivery. Requirements Previous experience in hotel administration, operations, or a related hospitality role. Strong understanding of Property Management Systems (PMS) and booking engines. Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently. Proficiency in digital communication tools and office productivity software. Familiarity with online travel agencies (OTAs) and their operational requirements. Adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a remote work environment.
