NextEra Energy is seeking an experienced legal practitioner to join its finance legal team with experience in project and corporate finance, including secured and unsecured syndicated credit facilities, non‑recourse portfolio financings, tax equity transactions, mezzanine financings, restructurings, and capital markets transactions, and a proven record of commercial awareness.
