Responsibilities for Orland Park Front Counter Team Member include:

• Serving guests with a great attitude and friendly smile
• Taking & delivering orders to guests
• Moving with a sense of urgency
• Daily cleaning of restaurant
• Consistent availability

Requirements include:

• Must have reliable transportation
• Work in cold or hot, noisy and fast paced environment
• Mobility required during shifts; ability to lift over 15lbs.
• Must work well under pressure
• Must be able to respond to guest complaints, requests, and needs with speed and a good attitude
