Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day bookkeeping operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable. Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts monthly to ensure accuracy. Process payroll for employees on a bi-weekly basis. Prepare and maintain general ledger accounts and financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet). Assist with year-end audits and tax preparation filings. Monitor expenses and assist in budget planning for clients. Ensure all financial documentation is organized and compliant with GAAP standards. Requirements Minimum of 2-3 years of professional bookkeeping experience. Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred. Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or Excel is required; Xero experience is a plus. Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and GAAP. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
