Requirements and Responsibilities What You'll Do Growth & Marketing Design — 50% Shape the company's market presence through marketing and communications materials (print, email, social, video) Partner with leadership to design new business presentations, proposals, and key client-facing moments Design internal tools and templates Client Design — 50% Lead brand identity design from strategy through final delivery Create 360° branding programs: strategy, naming, identity, web, advertising, film Oversee photo/video shoots from concept through production Collaborate with account management on client goals and creative direction Build client relationships that drive account growth Who You Are Skilled designer with a strong portfolio across brand identity, campaigns, and execution Refined aesthetic, exceptional attention to detail Comfortable leading projects while staying hands-on Confident communicator and presenter Curious and design-literate across typography, photography, film, digital, and print Able to juggle multiple projects gracefully Requirements 5–8 years designing high-caliber brand identities and campaigns Marketing/communications design experience (agency or client side) Strong craft and attention to detail across platforms Comfortable in fast-paced, collaborative studio environments Fluent in Keynote, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and AI design tools; After Effects a plus $85,000 - $110,000 a year commensurate with experience #J-18808-Ljbffr Tiny Giants Talent
