This exciting role will offer the opportunity to work with and learn from some of our top industry leading RF and microwave professionals.Apply now for the opportunity to grow your career and help innovate ahead of what’s possible.The RF/Microwave Amplifier MMIC Design Group is seeking an Amplifier MMIC Design Engineer for developing world class RF/Microwave/Millimeter-wave GaAs and GaN LNA/Driver Amplifier/Power Amplifier MMICs.Qualifications:Experience with GaAs and/or GaN semiconductor technologies, MMIC design and layout, electro-magnetic simulation, thermal analysis and industry standard EDA tools like ADS and Momentum/RFPro/Sonnet.MSEE/PhD degree in EE with background in RF/microwave engineering, with a minimum of 10+ years of experience. Ph.D. in relevant areas could be counted towards industry experience depending on the thesis.Must be a US citizen or green card holderProficiency with EDA tools: Cadence, ADS, AWR, AnsysHFSS, Sonnet, Momentum, RFPro etc.Knowledge of GaAs and/or GaN device physics and modelingKnowledge of PA linearization and efficiency enhancement is a plusMicrowave/millimeter-wave circuit/system design experienceProficiency with RF/microwave test equipment and measurement techniques, e.g. spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, signal generators, power meters, etc.Must have excellent teamwork and communications skillsRemote opportunities may be possible for the right person#LI-PG1For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
