Key Responsibilities Calendar Management & Scheduling: Coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff. Office Communication: Answering phones, screening calls, taking messages, and handling email correspondence. Documentation & Reporting: Preparing, editing, and formatting documents, reports, invoices, and presentations. Office Organization: Maintaining physical and digital filing systems, databases, and records. Logistics & Supplies: Ordering, tracking, and maintaining inventory of office supplies and equipment. General Support: Greeting visitors, handling mail, and providing support for special projects or events. Required Skills and Qualifications Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Organization: Strong organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks. Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office equipment like printers and conferencing tools. Professionalism: Discretion in handling confidential information.
