Clinical Nurse Specialist

Where You Will Work:

We're excited to introduce a newly created Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) role supporting both Aurora Medical Center - Oshkosh and Aurora Medical Center - Fond du Lac. We're seeking a forward-thinking, relationship-driven CNS who is passionate about elevating nursing practice and helping shape the next chapter of our hospitals' clinical excellence.

We Are Looking For:

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which you practice
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
• CNS CERTIFICATION OR ACTIVELY ENROLLED IN THE PROGRAM

What You Will Do:

In this hospital-based role, you'll have the opportunity to directly influence evidence-based practice, strengthen professional governance, and build the structures and processes that ensure safe, high-quality patient care. You'll work closely with a dynamic, highly engaged nursing leadership team as we lay the foundation for our future Magnet® journey.

As a key clinical leader, you will help foster a culture of clinical inquiry and support the organization's overall performance.
