What You’ll Do Provide leadership and oversight for a portfolio of value-add multifamily apartment communities Coach, mentor, and develop Community Managers and onsite teams Drive occupancy, collections, resident retention, and overall property performance Review and analyze financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and key performance indicators Identify opportunities to improve NOI, operational efficiencies, and resident satisfaction Ensure compliance with company policies, fair housing requirements, and regulatory standards Conduct property inspections and partner with onsite teams to maintain exceptional curb appeal and physical asset quality Support hiring, training, performance management, and succession planning efforts Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic initiatives, acquisitions, transitions, and portfolio growth Why You’ll Love It Here You'll have the opportunity to influence the performance and success of multiple apartment communities.
