What You’ll Do As Regional Manager, you will: Lead, coach, and develop multiple Office Managers across your assigned region. Partner with doctors to improve production, profitability, patient experience, and operational performance. Drive accountability for regional KPIs, financial performance, and business growth. Analyze business metrics and identify opportunities to improve operational performance. Coach leaders through difficult conversations, performance management, and employee development. Build leadership capability and succession plans throughout the region. Partner with Human Resources on recruiting, employee relations, and talent development. Ensure company policies, operational standards, and leadership expectations are consistently executed. Foster a culture built on accountability, professionalism, collaboration, and continuous improvement. What We’re Looking For We’re looking for a proven multi‑site leader with a strong track record of developing managers and improving business performance. Required Experience: Experience leading multiple locations, districts, territories, or business units. Demonstrated success managing managers—not just individual contributors. Strong leadership, coaching, and mentorship experience. Proven ability to improve business performance through people development. Experience using KPIs, financial reports, and operational metrics to drive decisions. Strong employee relations and conflict resolution experience. Ability to navigate difficult conversations with professionalism and confidence. Strong communication, influence, and relationship‑building skills. High emotional intelligence and executive presence. Preferred Experience: Multi‑unit healthcare, retail, hospitality, banking, or service industry leadership. Sales leadership or revenue accountability. P&L ownership or operational budget responsibility. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Who Thrives in This Role You are someone who: Develops leaders instead of creating dependency.
