At RealManage, we are always getting better.Responsibilities:Responsible for compliance with all of the community’s policies/procedures as defined by the Board of DirectorsPlans, develops and approves operational policies, procedures, methods and regulations related to general operating proceduresDirects the work of all department managersPrimary driver in the development of the annual operating, cash, and capital budgets. Develops periodic checkpoints to assess compliance of the published budget.Responsible for the timely preparation of monthly financial reports to the Board of DirectorsCoordinates the development of long-range and annual business plans aligned with association by-laws and policiesOversees the impact and effect of association policies/programs/processes. Recommends changes as neededMonitors quality of association products and services to ensure maximum member and guest satisfactionSecures and protects all the association assetsEstablishes and maintains on-going dialogue with members to elicit input on Association direction and improvementsCoordinates with Board of Directors on the development and implementation of all strategic plansSECONDARY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:Plans, develops and approves specific operational programs, procedures, methods, rules and regulations in concert with general policiesEvaluates committee activities that report to the General ManagerEnsures compliance with purchasing policies and proceduresProvide counsel to the Management staff to ensure all employees are properly trained, supervised, scheduled and are knowledgeable of their responsibilitiesDevelops, maintains, and disseminates a basic management philosophy to guide all association personnel towards optimal operating resultsSupports internal controlsOther duties as directedThis description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of duties. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals to perform the essential functions of this position.Qualifications:Florida CAM license requiredMinimum of two-years as an Onsite (HOA) property managerPosition requires driving - a valid DL and reliable transportation is neededAssociates degree or higherCustomer service focused; CAMs service their client on a daily basisListening skills: CAMs need to listen to the problems of a client and provide a solution to meet the requests of the clientProactive: CAMs must proactively communicate with their client, team members, and superiorsManagement: CAMs must manage the budget, operations, schedules of a community associationWinner: RealManage has a winning culture and is second to nonePhysical RequirementsAbility to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and work on a computer.Ability to occasionally stand, walk, bend, or reach as needed.Ability to lift or move objects up to 10–15 pounds (e.g., files, office supplies).Manual dexterity to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, telephone, and other office equipment.Visual acuity to read printed materials, spreadsheets, and computer screens.Hearing and speech ability to communicate effectively in person, by phone, and in virtual meetings.Ability to work in a standard office environment with moderate noise levels.Ability to work a standard schedule, with occasional extended hours as required.RealManage is a values based, equal opportunity employer.
