Sales Assistant

Pearhead is looking for an organized, detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support our sales team with day-to-day account management, reporting, and customer follow-up. You’re comfortable working with numbers, enjoy keeping projects on track, and take pride in accurate work. This is an opportunity to build your experience in consumer products and retail while contributing to a collaborative, creative team.

Specifics of the position:

• Work closely with the Sales Director to support day-to-day account management, reporting, and administrative needs.
• Prepare and maintain Excel-based sales reports, price lists, and product information sheets.
• Coordinate sales activities, including scheduling appointments, preparing sales documents, and following up with customers.
• Assist with analyzing monthly sales performance, identifying trends, and preparing reports for the sales team.
• Assist with new item setup and other administrative sales tasks for the sales team’s accounts.
• Stay up to date on retail trends and industry developments to support the sales team’s initiatives.
• Help respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent)
• Analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and comfort working with numbers
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Microsoft Excel skills, including experience with formulas, sorting/filtering data, and organizing large spreadsheets.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn new reporting tools and systems.
• Comfortable commuting to Industry City in Brooklyn 2 times per week (T/TH)

Base Salary: $50,000
