RESPONSIBILITIES: Generate new business through networking, referrals,, and lead follow-up activities. Conduct needs-based conversations to identify appropriate life insurance solutions. Educate clients on policy options, coverage benefits, and long-term protection strategies. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Stay current on industry trends, product offerings, and regulatory requirements. QUALIFICATIONS: Active Life & Health insurance license will be required. Strong communication, presentation, and consultative sales skills. Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset and strong work ethic. Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
