Role Description We are seeking a highly organized, detail‑oriented individual to support our State Farm team as a Receptionist. You will greet customers, manage appointments, assist with inquiries, and engage in sales conversations. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to appropriate team members. Manage appointment scheduling and office communications. Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records. Engage with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options. Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customer needs. Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects. Qualifications Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable engaging in sales conversations. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Bilingual Spanish preferred.
