Operations Administrator
A global consulting firm based in Boston is looking to add an Operations Administrator, Data to its team. This role will be part of a four-person team and report to a Manager who loves to mentor people. The ideal candidate has a strong skillset working with databases and Excel.
This is a hybrid position - 3 days per week onsite are required
Highlights:
- Coordinate, oversee, and enhance the utilization of data resources across the firm’s consulting endeavors.
- Proactively manage the ongoing enhancement of our database knowledge repository by incorporating updates from consultants and third-party vendors.
- Assist consultants in submitting applications for external data sources, perform basic database queries, and fulfill tasks necessary for data acquisition.
- Collaborate with the Manager, Healthcare Data Operations, to compose tailored oral and written communications for both internal stakeholders such as senior consultants and external entities including third-party data vendors and clients.
- Assist in managing operations and processes related to the firm’s partnerships with third-party vendors.
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of relevant professional experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong Excel/systems skills
