Respiratory Therapist (RRT) — Acute Care | River Valley Region, ArkansasThe Opportunity

The Role

As a Respiratory Therapist, you will evaluate and treat patients with breathing-related conditions, conduct diagnostic testing including blood gas analysis and EKGs, and collaborate with the clinical team to develop and adjust care plans. You will play a central role in emergency response — responding to codes and emergent respiratory calls — while also providing patient and family education on respiratory health and illness management. The role spans the full age continuum from neonatal through older adult, and includes equipment calibration, supply management, and contribution to performance improvement efforts.

What You Bring

• Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy
• Active RRT license in the state of Arkansas
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications
• Comfort working in physically demanding clinical environments
• Strong critical thinking, clinical reliability, and a genuine commitment to patient-centered care
