Plastic Molding Operator

Join our growing team in a brand-new, climate-controlled manufacturing facility! We're seeking reliable, detail-oriented individuals to produce and inspect plastic parts in a clean, team-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate injection molding machines
• Inspect, trim, and finish plastic parts
• Package and label completed products
• Complete basic production documentation
• Maintain a safe and organized workspace
• Assist with assembly and other production tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Manufacturing, production, or assembly experience preferred
• Injection molding experience is a plus
• Attention to detail and strong work ethic
• Ability to use hand tools and perform basic measurements
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Post Falls, ID.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.50/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
