Aerotek is hiring Press Operators for an aerospace manufacturing company that produces composite parts for Boeing, Airbus, and Blue Origin.

Job Duties:
- Operate and monitor press/CCM machines
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy
- Adjust machine settings and record production data
- Use measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers
- Lift materials up to 50 lbs and work around production equipment
Requirements:
- Machine operating, manufacturing, assembly, or mechanical experience preferred
- Ability to read measurements and perform basic computer tasks
- Comfortable with physical work and fast-paced environments
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Post Falls, ID.
Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $20.50 - $22.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
