Tracking Code5463Job DescriptionPosition Summary The Project Manager – Special Projects (Controls Focus) is responsible for managing the successful execution of building automation, controls, and small-to-medium MEP retrofit projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role partners closely with operations, engineering, field teams, and customers to deliver projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and with exceptional client satisfaction. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of HVAC controls, Building Automation Systems (BAS), and integrated building systems while demonstrating excellent project management, financial management, and relationship-building skills.Position DetailsDevelops client relationships by providing project status updates to client and leadership.Manages budget reports, cost and revenue projections, change orders, etc. for project.Participates in project meetings with internal departments.Partners with stakeholders to ensure scope and direction of project is on schedule.Develops budget analysis reports, cost and revenue projections, change orders and other reports as necessaryDelegates work and serves as mentor to Project Engineers.
