Gain exposure to strategic initiatives and fund performance analysis.Job DescriptionOverviewLead financial operations for a dynamic private equity firm with $4.1 billion AUM.Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure accurate fund accounting and reporting.Drive process improvements and scalability in a fast-paced, growing environment.Oversee treasury activities, including cash monitoring, bank reconciliations, and credit facility management.Support investment team operations, including deal funding and portfolio monitoring.Prepare and review investor reports, performance metrics, and capital account statements.Coordinate audits, tax reporting, and compliance filings with external advisors.Contribute to strategic initiatives and financial analysis to support firm growth.Key Responsibilities & DutiesManage fund accounting processes, including journal entries, general ledger reporting, and quarter-end close.Coordinate with fund administrators to ensure financial records' accuracy and compliance with GAAP.Oversee treasury operations, including cash management and credit facility compliance.Support investment team in deal funding, portfolio monitoring, and co-investment transactions.Prepare and review quarterly investor reports and respond to inquiries professionally.Collaborate on financial analysis, fund performance metrics, and scenario modeling.Coordinate annual audit processes and tax reporting with external advisors.Enhance internal controls and accounting procedures to support operational scalability.Job RequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.7-10 years of experience in private equity fund accounting or financial services assurance.Proficiency with fund accounting systems like Investran, Geneva, or Allvue.Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling and waterfall calculations.Strong knowledge of GAAP and partnership accounting principles.Experience managing audits, tax reporting, and compliance filings.Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.Team-oriented mindset with a focus on process improvement and scalability.
