Production Welder

Job Description Travis Pattern and Foundry is hiring for experienced aluminum production welders. Full‑time position. Shift: Swing shift. Minimum 40 hours per week. Hourly salary range: $23.49 – $30.15 per hour. (See union contract for details.) Essential Tasks Stand at workstation for entire shift Hold 20 lb casting against grinding belt without support Lift up to 50 lb Push castings into saw blade with 40 lb of force Straighten castings with a hammer Work in cold winter and hot summer conditions Must be at least 18 years of age and able to perform the essential tasks continuously during an eight‑hour shift. Job is contingent on passing a pre‑employment drug screen within 24 hours of the job offer. Marijuana is not screened.
