Marketing Manager

Description Own the Marketing. Build the Function. Are you the kind of marketer who wants to do more than create a strategy deck or pass requests to an agency? Avanti Holdings, LLC is looking for a Marketing Manager who can take ownership of marketing across our growing portfolio of brands and markets. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys taking an idea from concept to execution - building campaigns, creating content, managing social media, coordinating digital advertising, developing email and SMS campaigns, supporting local marketing efforts, and then looking at the results to determine what we should do next. Avanti Holdings operates businesses across fitness, wellness, youth development, and healthcare-related industries, including Orangetheory Fitness, KidStrong, The DRIPBaR, and GAP-FLEX. No two brands - or days - are exactly the same. This position is In-Person, Full-Time, Monday - Friday. Our corporate office is located in Alamo Heights. What You'll Own Marketing campaigns across multiple brands, locations, and markets. Marketing and content calendars that keep campaigns organized and on schedule. Social media strategy, content creation, scheduling, and engagement. Graphics, promotional materials, digital content, and marketing collateral. Meta, Google, and other applicable digital advertising campaigns. Email and SMS campaigns supporting promotions, lead nurturing, retention, and reactivation. Local marketing, community partnerships, events, referral opportunities, and grassroots initiatives. Marketing support for new services, seasonal promotions, events, and company initiatives. Basic website and landing-page content coordination as needed. Marketing performance reporting, lead-source tracking, campaign analysis, and recommendations. Outside vendors or specialized marketing partners when additional expertise is needed. The transition of applicable agency-supported work into an organized, scalable internal marketing function. AI, Technology & Smarter Execution Use AI as a practical marketing tool to work smarter and move faster across multiple brands - from brainstorming and copy development to campaign planning, content repurposing, workflow automation, and performance insights. We expect thoughtful human review of AI-assisted work for accuracy, quality, brand voice, originality, and responsible handling of confidential information. Requirements What We're Looking For We are looking for someone with 2-3+ years of marketing experience who is ready to take real ownership of their work. You have experience managing marketing campaigns from beginning to end. You are confident managing social media accounts and content calendars. You can write clear, engaging marketing copy and adapt your voice for different audiences. You have experience creating content using Canva, Adobe, or similar tools. You have 2+ years of using AI for research and digital tools. You understand the fundamentals of Meta Ads, Google Ads, email marketing, and digital lead generation. You can review marketing data and use it to make better decisions. You are highly organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines at once. You can adjust your marketing approach depending on the brand, location, and target audience. You are creative, resourceful, and willing to jump in and execute. You work independently while collaborating well with leadership and operational teams. Experience with multi-location businesses, franchise organizations, fitness, wellness, healthcare, or consumer-service brands is a plus. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising, or a related field is preferred but not required for candidates with strong relevant experience.
