Community Mental Health RN — Assertive Outreach (ACT)

Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Washington is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide medication management and somatic treatment for the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team. The position involves delivering clinical and crisis services to adults with serious mental illness, requiring a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and RN licensure in D.C. Applicants should have five years of clinical experience and expertise in physical health care, as well as strong assessment and clinical judgment skills.
