Campaign Manager

To drive member enrollment and engagement, the full-time remote Campaign Manager will manage the execution and optimization of omnichannel product marketing campaigns, collaborating with Product and Marketing leadership on strategy and performance analysis. Key responsibilities Execute end-to-end campaign delivery, including setup, content development, segmentation, and deployment Build and manage email campaigns using marketing automation tools, ensuring effective workflows and list management Track and report on campaign performance metrics, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required 3-5 years of experience in campaign marketing, product marketing, or digital marketing Proven hands-on experience with email campaigns using a marketing automation platform, preferably HubSpot Familiarity with omnichannel campaign execution, including email, web, and direct mail Strong organizational and project management skills, capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
