HousekeepingHours: 8 AM - 2 PM and 2 PM - 8 PMThe Restaurant Care Specialist ensures our restaurant remains exceptionally clean, stocked, organized, and guest-ready throughout the day. This role plays a critical part in creating an environment that reflects Chick-fil-A's commitment to excellence by maintaining cleanliness, supporting operations, and completing daily maintenance and deep cleaning tasks.Primary ResponsibilitiesMaintain spotless dining room floors throughout the daySweep, mop, and spot clean high-traffic areas as neededKeep entrances and guest walkways clean and welcomingClean glass doors, windows, and high-touch surfaces regularlyEmpty trash receptacles before they become fullClean and sanitize restrooms on a regular scheduleRestock paper towels, toilet paper, soap, and other suppliesEnsure restrooms remain guest-ready at all timesPrepare fresh lemonade according to Chick-fil-A standardsMonitor lemonade inventory throughout the dayMaintain beverage preparation area cleanlinessRestock sauces, condiments, napkins, straws, utensils, and beverage station suppliesRefill guest-facing condiment stationsAssist with organizing storage areas when neededPatrol parking lot, sidewalks, and landscaping throughout the dayRemove trash and debris from outside areasKeep entrance areas clean and invitingComplete assigned daily and weekly deep cleaning projectsClean walls, baseboards, vents, equipment exteriors, and other detailed areasAssist with seasonal cleaning and special projectsDaily ExpectationsMaintain a sense of urgency while working independently.Identify cleaning needs before they become guest concerns.Take ownership of the restaurant's appearance.Communicate supply needs before inventory runs low.Be flexible and assist where needed while keeping restaurant cleanliness as the top priority.RequirementsMust be able to provide a valid photo ID and work eligibility documentationSuccess Looks LikeGuests consistently experience a clean, welcoming restaurant.Restrooms are always stocked and spotless.Floors remain clean throughout the day.Lemonade is always fresh and available.Condiment stations are fully stocked.Exterior areas remain free of litter.Deep cleaning projects are completed on scheduleTeam members can focus on serving guests because the restaurant environment is consistently cared for.Bilingual (English/Spanish) applicants are encouraged to apply.
