Director, HTA, Value & Evidence (HV&E) - Rare Disease

Pfizer seeks a Director to lead health technology assessment and value evidence strategy for a rare disease therapeutic. The role involves developing evidence generation plans, managing health economics research, and coordinating global market access efforts across cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead global evidence generation strategy development for Hympavzi in partnership with cross-functional teams
- Coordinate evidence needs from country and regional teams to support market access at launch and beyond
- Design and execute global HEOR studies including network meta-analyses, observational studies, and economic models
- Develop launch deliverables such as value dossiers, systematic reviews, and reimbursement support tools
- Provide strategic input on clinical trial designs and partner with payers and regulators on reimbursement negotiations
Requirements
- Graduate degree (MSc, MPH, PhD, DrPH) required
- 7+ years HEOR experience with MSc/MPH/MBA, or 5+ years with PharmD/PhD/DrPH
- Expertise in health economic modeling, patient-reported outcomes, and real-world evidence studies
- Proven ability to manage complex non-interventional research projects independently
- Strong project management skills including budgeting, contracting, and vendor oversight
- Leadership capability in cross-functional matrix teams with strategic thinking
