The Journeyman Plumber will primarily work on residential and commercial plumbing projects, ensuring installations and repairs meet all code requirements. This role requires strong technical skills in pipe installation, fixture repair, and leak detection, as well as the ability to interpret blueprints accurately. The Journeyman Plumber will report directly to the Project Manager and is expected to provide excellent customer service throughout all stages of their work.
Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain pipes, fixtures, and plumbing systems
- Detect and fix leaks efficiently
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams
- Ensure all work complies with plumbing codes and safety standards
- Provide quality customer service and communicate effectively with clients
- Coordinate tasks and report progress to the Project Manager
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience in plumbing
- Valid Journeyman Plumber License
- Excavation Experience (plus)
