A well established North Carolina general contractor is hiring an MEP Superintendent to lead one of the largest projects in our pipeline, a major high school build in Charlotte carrying over $50M in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing scope.

This is a build for someone who knows MEP coordination cold and wants to own it. You will run the systems side of a complex K12 project from the field, driving the install of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection across a large footprint. You will coordinate the trades, hold the schedule, keep quality high, and make sure the systems come together cleanly through closeout and commissioning.

What you will do: Lead and coordinate all MEP subcontractors in the field. Own MEP sequencing, scheduling, and quality. Run coordination meetings and drive resolution on conflicts before they hit the field. Manage inspections, commissioning, and systems turnover. Keep safety the priority on every shift.

What we are looking for: Several years running MEP scope as a superintendent or MEP superintendent on commercial or institutional projects. Strong command of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems. Experience on projects of meaningful size and complexity (K12, higher ed, healthcare, or similar is a plus). Someone who communicates directly, holds people accountable, and earns trust on a jobsite.
