As a Superintendent, you will oversee day-to-day field operations on healthcare interior projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily field operations across healthcare interior renovation and build-out projects
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and internal project teams
• Manage site safety, quality control, scheduling, logistics, and inspections
• Review drawings, specifications, and project plans to ensure accurate execution
• Conduct progress meetings and maintain clear communication with clients, project managers, and design teams
• Track manpower, materials, deliveries, and short-interval schedules
• Identify and resolve field issues quickly to minimize disruption in active healthcare environments
• Maintain daily reports, site documentation, punch lists, and closeout coordination
• Support client relationships through professionalism, accountability, and strong field leadership

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of superintendent experience in commercial construction
• Experience delivering healthcare interiors, medical office, hospital renovation, or occupied-space projects strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of interior trades, MEP coordination, infection control, and phased construction
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and maintain project schedules
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and project schedules
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar construction software preferred
• OSHA certification preferred
