Trade Compliance AnalystThe Trade Compliance Analyst is responsible for daily operational execution and monitoring of the company's trade compliance programs and internal audits while ensuring compliance with U.S. import and export regulations. This is a hybrid position based near the NW suburbs of Minneapolis, MN.Expectations:Provide daily operational execution for trade compliance including HTS and ECCN classification, country of origin, documentation, and ISF filingsConduct internal and external audits and implement corrective actionsResearch and recommend compliance solutions to reduce cost and mitigate regulatory riskServe as the primary contact with Customs BrokersMonitor service provider performance and participate in quarterly supplier business reviewsManage the duty reconciliation program to ensure accurate and timely Customs paymentsSupport FTA programs including vendor origin data collection and ERP automationLead Duty Drawback program through import and export data collection and audit recordkeepingManage the Export License process including customer and end user researchEssentials:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience requiredLCB, CES, CCS, CUSECO or similar trade certification required3-5 years of trade compliance experience in a manufacturing environmentExperience with HTS/ECCN classification, country of origin determination, valuation & FTAStrong working knowledge of export licensesUnderstanding of AD/CVD, duty drawback, and special government programsExperience managing third party logistics providers and customs brokersSolid problem-solving skills with attention to detail and analytic mindset Trade Compliance Recruiting Solutions
