Responsibilities

Create financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and performance analyses.
Analyze financial results, identify performance trends, and provide insights into factors impacting business outcomes.
Prepare financial analyses, forecasts, and models to support business planning and strategic initiatives.
Partner with internal stakeholders to deliver financial insights and support operational decision-making.
Enhance reporting processes and analytical tools to improve efficiency and data visibility.
Support accounting activities, financial reporting, and control processes.
Assist with documentation, compliance activities, and periodic reviews.
Complete additional analytical projects and reporting requests as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related discipline.
3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, FP&A, or a related field.
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and business analysis.
Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial reporting tools.
Ability to translate financial data into meaningful business insights.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams.
Experience improving processes, analyzing trends, and supporting business initiatives.
Knowledge of financial systems, reporting processes, and internal controls.
High level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.
