Imagine starting your shift by reviewing the production plan, staging raw materials, and calibrating your scales. You dial in the mixer settings, load ingredients to spec, and keep a close eye on time, temperature, and texture. Throughout the batch, you verify consistency with quick checks, document results, and keep the work area spotless. When something needs attention, you handle routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting, and you stay in sync with your teammates so production goals are met safely and on time.

What You’ll Do

• Operate and closely monitor industrial mixers for peak performance.
• Accurately weigh and prepare ingredients per established recipes and batch sheets.
• Run in-process quality checks to ensure uniformity and product standards.
• Keep the mixing zone clean, organized, and audit-ready.
• Complete routine maintenance and first-line troubleshooting on mixing equipment.
• Coordinate with team members to hit production targets and deadlines.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies at every step.
