Receptionist

Workplace Exp Associate Pay Rate: $25 Hours: M-F 7:30 - 3:30 or 12:30 - 8:30 Onsite Location 200 Park Avenue, New York Additional support Assignment Duration: 2 months Possible for extension? What You'll Do: Support events and amenity operations as needed with special attention to building customer profiles and event management. First point of contact for all those entering the facility. Greet them with a friendly and welcoming demeanor. Issue visitor and parking passes and follow security protocols. Escort visitors to the proper location. Make a memorable first impression by answering the telephone in a professional manner. Create presentations and speak to various-sized groups. Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities on behalf of the requestor. Approve janitorial or maintenance work orders as needed. Address issues with vendors or staff as needed. Resolve inquiries or complaints from employees, guests, and co-workers. Provide solutions in a professional customer service-driven manner. Oversee support for the team as directed including office supply management, meeting coordination, and equipment care. Review customized client materials to ensure they follow brand guidelines. Follow property-specific security and emergency procedures. Notify management to ensure the safety of all individuals in the building. Deliver new hire orientation, training, and coaching. Create presentations and speak to various-sized groups. Follow specific directions as given by the manager and work under minimal supervision. Gather and analyze data to identify and solve complex problems that arise with little or no precedent. Impact own team and other teams whose work activities are closely related. Suggest improvements to existing processes and solutions to improve the efficiency of the team. Evaluate and communicate unusual and/or complex content in a concise and logical way. What You'll Need: Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future. Bachelor's Degree preferred with 3+ years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. A minimum of 2 years of front desk, concierge, customer service, or other hospitality experience. Open and flexible work schedules. Ability to comprehend and interpret and action instructions. Comfortable meeting and engaging with new people with a warm demeanor, being able to assess circumstances, empathize, and offer help. Apply a high level of attention to detail as well as strong verbal and written skills. Ability to work requiring significant walking or through other means of mobility. This includes standing in position for extended periods, reaching, bending, stooping, pushing and/or pulling, and frequently lifting to 40 lbs. Interview process: 1-2 phone virtual and/or in-person Summary: As a CBRE Workplace Experience Associate, you'll be responsible for delivering world-class customer service experience to employees and guests of a designated building. This job is part of the Workplace Experience function. They are responsible for providing world-class customer service to the clients and visitors of a designated building.
