Full-Time
Integrity Prosthetics & Orthotics is looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our Brandon team.
We are a patient-focused prosthetics and orthotics practice, and our front desk plays an important role in making every patient feel welcome and cared for.
Spanish-speaking candidates are strongly preferred.
Previous medical office or receptionist experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients and visitors.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
- Check patients in and out.
- Schedule appointments.
- Build referrals and enter patient information into our EMR.
- Verify demographics and insurance information.
- Scan and organize patient documents.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk area.
- Assist with general administrative duties.
- During slower periods, help with orthotic Work-in-Progress (WIP) tasks such as paperwork, labeling, and organizing devices.
- Assist with other office duties as needed.
