Brand Ambassador

A Pre-Sale Brand Ambassador is the driving force behind the New Club Opening process. When we enter a new market, our Pre-Sale Brand Ambassadors work within the community to build excitement and interest in the upcoming club opening. By partnering with local businesses and canvassing the surrounding area the Pre-Sale Ambassador team will work towards generating new member leads while being a prime example of the Crunch Fitness brand. Responsibilities Greet every member and guest with enthusiasm and a smile Promote the Crunch Fitness brand to the community Identify potential leads and sign up new members both in the club and in the field through guerilla marketing tactics Represent Crunch Fitness at various community events; participate in âstreet teamâ activities (i.e. field promotions, direct lead engagement special events) Ensure our levels for cleanliness and organization of all areas in the office and off-site locations Set the positive energy and tone for teammates and prospective members Participate in daily pre-opening activity planning Tours potential members around the club with the goal of signing up the person for a membership Answer phone calls in a professional and energetic manner
