Special Events Coordinator

Legends Global is seeking an Event Coordinator to manage private events across Caesars Superdome, Smoothie King Center, and Champions Square. You will own event logistics from move-in to move-out, coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure flawless execution. The role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to work nights and weekends as needed. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience plus 2–3 years in facility coordination is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
