With five locations, thousands of clients across Michigan, and an expanding team of insurance professionals, we are focused on building a team of talented, motivated individuals who want to grow their careers with us.We are looking for an experienced, results-driven Corporate Recruiter to help us identify, attract, and hire exceptional Sales Professionals and Customer Service Representatives (CSRs).This is not a position where you simply post job advertisements and wait for resumes. We want a recruiter who knows how to find great people, start conversations, build relationships, and turn qualified candidates into successful hires. You will work directly with agency leadership to develop and execute recruiting strategies that support our continued growth. Your primary focus will be recruiting talented insurance sales professionals, individuals with strong sales backgrounds, and customer service representatives who can deliver the level of service our clients expect. We are looking for someone who is proactive, organized, competitive, and motivated by measurable results.Key ResponsibilitiesActively recruit Sales Professionals and CSRs to support the agency's continued growth.Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, Workable, professional networks, referrals, and direct outreach.Identify experienced insurance agents, licensed professionals, and individuals with transferable sales experience.Develop a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.Conduct initial phone screenings and evaluate candidates based on experience, communication skills, professionalism, and cultural fit.Coordinate interviews with agency leadership and department managers.Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruiting and hiring process.Build relationships with passive candidates who may not currently be looking for a new opportunity.Develop creative recruiting strategies to attract high-performing sales professionals.Maintain accurate recruiting records and candidate activity within Workable.Track recruiting performance, including outreach activity, interviews, offers, and successful hires.Work closely with leadership to understand staffing needs and anticipate future hiring demands.Assist with offer coordination and the transition of new employees into the onboarding process.Preferred QualificationsRecruiting experience within insurance, financial services, or professional sales organizations.Experience recruiting licensed insurance agents.Familiarity with Workable, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other candidate sourcing platforms.Experience developing employee referral programs and recruiting campaigns.Proven success filling multiple positions in a growing organization.
