\n\n New Season Treatment Centers is seeking an experienced Clinical Supervisor to provide leadership, clinical oversight, and mentorship within our outpatient Opioid Treatment Program (OTP). This role supports counselors while ensuring compliance, quality of care, and patient-centered treatment for individuals living with Opioid Use Disorder (OUD).\n
\n About the Role \n\n The Clinical Supervisor oversees the daily clinical operations of counseling services and provides supervision to Substance Abuse Counselors. This role partners closely with Program and Regional Leadership to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, while promoting professional development and high-quality clinical care.\n
\n\n For over 30 years, New Season Treatment Centers has been a leading national provider of outpatient Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) services, operating more than 70 treatment centers across multiple states.\n
\n What You’ll Do \n- \n

\n Oversee daily clinical operations and counselor duties to ensure regulatory compliance.\n
\n - \n
\n Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to counseling staff\n
\n - \n
\n Review, sign, and date the required clinical documentation\n
\n - \n
\n Ensure compliance with local, state, federal, and CMG policies and procedures\n
\n - \n
\n Communicate significant treatment events to Program or Regional Directors\n
\n - \n
\n Prepare and submit clinical reports as requested\n
\n - \n
\n Monitor patient activities on the center premises\n
\n - \n
\n Document patient progress through counseling and group interactions\n
\n - \n
\n Report patient abuse, neglect, or exploitation as required\n
\n - \n
\n Participate in community relations activities as directed\n
\n - \n
\n Ensure understanding and adherence to the Policy and Procedures Manual\n
\n - \n
\n Protect patient confidentiality and the company's proprietary data\n
\n
\n Required Qualifications \n

\n South Carolina Clinical Supervisor Credential required (Intern or in process) and hold any of the following licenses: LAC, LMFT, LPC, LCSW or LISW.\n
\n
\n Required Knowledge \n

\n Understanding of Opioid Addiction and Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT)\n
\n - \n
\n Knowledge of counseling practices, HIPAA, Federal Confidentiality Law, and privacy standards\n
\n - \n
\n Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Excel and Google products\n
\n
\n Preferred Experience \n

\n Minimum 2 years of management experience\n
\n - \n
\n At least 1 year of experience in substance abuse treatment or a related field\n
\n
