Summary

Senior Software Quality Assurance Analyst responsible for end-to-end software testing and quality activities for WinKQCL. Provides QA oversight for project deliverables, including test planning, execution, documentation, and reporting. Supports software quality audits, including questionnaires, on-site audits, and virtual audits. Collaborates closely with Software Validation, Software Support, Software Development, and Software Deployment teams to ensure software quality and compliance requirements are met.

Responsibilities

• Plan and scope software testing activities for WinKQCL releases, patches, and hotfixes.
• Provide oversight of project deliverables, including planning, test execution, documentation, and reporting.
• Provide QA approval for software release documentation.
• Plan and create validation support packages for end users.
• Participate in and support software quality activities related to quality questionnaires, on-site audits, and virtual audits.
• Manage and maintain Software Quality SOPs and Job Aids.
• Manage and oversee software testing systems and test environments.
• Coordinate with Software Validation, Software Support, Software Development, and Software Deployment teams.
• Ensure software testing and quality activities comply with established processes and requirements.
• Monitor and report on testing progress, results, issues, and project deliverables.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Software Quality Assurance (SQA) principles and software testing methodologies.
• Experience with end-to-end software testing, including test planning, execution, defect tracking, and reporting.
• Experience testing software releases, patches, and hotfixes.
• Knowledge of software validation processes and validation documentation.
• Experience preparing, reviewing, and approving QA and software release documentation.
• Understanding of SOPs, Job Aids, and controlled quality documentation.
• Experience supporting quality audits and audit questionnaires.
• Experience managing software testing systems and test environments.
• Strong documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, deliverables, and testing activities simultaneously.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure compliance with established quality processes.
