This position is an onsite role in Aurora, CO or Dulles, VA or State College, PAWhat You Will DoWork closely with the IPT Leadership, Product Owner, and other Scrum Masters to de-conflict IPT Development priorities, resolve cross-IPT issues, lead the sprint and increment planning, and facilitate cross-team/cross-discipline coordination and communication.Help plan the development increments and software builds in support of the program plan.Design and develop software part time when not performing scrum master duties.Work with talented teams of engineers, architects, and leaders in an Agile environment.What You Will LearnA breadth of advanced software technologies and techniques including multi-tiered architectures, AWS web services, and microservice software design.Modern DevSecOps and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery techniques.Software lifecycle practices for large-scale defense projects..Satellite ground system technologies.Qualifications You Must HaveA Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and 2 years of prior relevant experienceExperience with Agile metrics such as backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, and task definition.Software development experience using Java, C/C++, or similar programming languages.Experience with software engineering processes and best practices.Active and transferable U.S. government issued Top Secret security clearance is required prior to start date. The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued TS/SCI security clearance is also required. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
