Assigned manufacturing crew is large in size and/or complexity. In addition to a crew of production employees, this position may directly or indirectly lead a group of supervisors/departments to provide support in daily execution when the Value Stream Manager is not present. This position may directly lead a small group of supervisors along with a manufacturing crew as development in preparation for a VSM role.
