A well-established Atlanta law firm is seeking a Business & Complex Litigation Associate Attorney with 3+ years of litigation experience to join its growing team. Responsibilities Manage business and complex commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution. Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery. Conduct legal research and develop case strategy. Take and defend depositions, participate in hearings, mediations, and arbitrations. Work closely with clients, opposing counsel, and the firm's litigation team. Assist with trial preparation and courtroom proceedings as needed. Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school. Active license to practice law in Georgia (or ability to become licensed). 3+ years of business, commercial, or complex litigation experience. Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
